How we operate

Senior delivery only
The person who scopes your project is the person who delivers it. We do not use junior staff as delivery vehicles for senior-priced mandates.

Honest assessments
If we do not think you can win a bid, we will say so before you commit resources. If a funding programme is not right for your project, we will tell you early.

We work in three defined areas. We do not stretch into adjacent services we are not qualified to deliver. Depth over breadth, every time.
